The program
Loco-Motion Jiu-Jitsu brings Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to Bounce Empire: Gi and No-Gi classes for kids, teens and adults, from total beginners to experienced grapplers. You'll learn real technique - positions, escapes, sweeps and submissions - in a safe, friendly room where everyone helps everyone get better.
Kids (ages 8-11) and teens (ages 12-15) have their own classes. Adults can start in a Basic class or jump into All Levels.

FAQ
Do I need any experience?
No. Every class welcomes beginners, and the Basic classes focus on the fundamentals.
What is the difference between Gi and No-Gi?
Gi classes train in the traditional jiu-jitsu uniform (a heavy jacket and pants you can grip). No-Gi classes train in a rash guard or fitted shirt and shorts.
What should I wear and bring?
For No-Gi: a rash guard or fitted athletic shirt and shorts without zippers or pockets. For Gi: a jiu-jitsu gi. Bring water and sandals for off the mat. Trim your nails and leave jewelry at home. [Loaner gis? - Luke to confirm]
How does the free trial work?
One free trial per person: 14 days of unlimited classes, starting from your first class. No card needed. Sign the jiu-jitsu waiver online (tick "Start my free trial"), have the Bounce Empire waiver on file, and check in at the front desk.
Which waivers do I need?
Both. The jiu-jitsu waiver covers the mats; the Bounce Empire waiver covers the park and is required for general admission. Signing one does not replace the other.
What ages can train?
Kids All Levels is for ages 8-11 and Teens All Levels for ages 12-15 (Fridays). Adult classes are for ages [minimum age - Luke to confirm] and up.
How do I pay?
At the front desk for now. Online payments and monthly memberships are coming soon.
